The Services are provided "as is" and BH expressly disclaims any warranties, whether express or implied. In no event will BH be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BH and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
